Livin' on Tulsa Time

This short-sale fixer-upper on a golf course was a bare-bones, builder-grade, uninspired ranch with tons of potential! The entire interior was beige; various tones of Laura Ashley Beige to be exact. After color changes throughout and a number of upgrades, the photos speak for themselves. Upgrading the outdoor space followed, including a pool/hot tub/firepit install with a stamped concrete patio deck. The soaker tub in the primary ensuite was replaced with a walk-in Roman shower I designed and contracted. My work sold this lovely home within days at top of the market value, higher than the recommended listing by several thousand dollars!
