  Assignment: Stage a home that had stagnated on the market. The Client was anxious to relocate to Louisiana with her 12-year-old daughter where her husband had taken a job. After containing the hoarding situation, the Clients’ possessions were repurposed to create a sensible, aesthetically-pleasing flow ("Your Stuff, Only Better"). The Client came home from work and was literally speechless, but finally exclaimed after taking it all in: “I feel like I’m standing in the pages of a magazine!” The home sold four days later.
