This palatial property of 6,180 sq. ft., with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a mother-in-law suite, multiple lounge/common spaces, and an inground pool on a private lot was an outdated collection of uninspired living spaces. The Client hired me to re-fresh and stage this million-dollar-plus home to sell, which was a huge project extending from May to late July, 2018. The staging initially utilized the Client's possessions, and ultimately evolved after I moved to Dallas in late July. This unique property in the coveted Mid-Town neighborhood sold for over $1.65 million.
