Suburban Sophistication

Located in a prominent neighborhood in the hills of a Dallas suburb, this multi-million-dollar property boasts 7,258 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a third-floor tower of glass with a 360-degree view overlooking the lake, an elevator, and a gourmet kitchen. The owners operate a successful technology company in Dallas, and their space was terribly outdated for corporate entertaining as well as general aesthetics. I created and directed renovations, meeting the challenge from February to June, 2019. One particular priority included refurbishing a small bedroom with ensuite into a children’s playroom/guest room with a world-travel theme. The Client absolutely loved it, especially because I designed it with Murphy-style bunks for the kids and an American Leather sofa-bed for the parents to effectively utilize tight space. The rest of the renovations yielded an updated, modern, wildly eclectic yet tasteful décor utilizing the Clients' private collection of fine art. Spectacular!
